At Elysion Spa, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.elysionspa.com may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging

    • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

    • Proof of purchase is required

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged

    • Products that have been installed or assembled, including but not limited to saunas and large wellness equipment

    • Service fees, repair charges, and labor costs

    • Spare parts

    • Deposit payments for pre-orders or reserved items

    • Products returned without prior authorization

Once installation or assembly has commenced, the product is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

3. Pre-Orders & Deposits

Deposit payments made to secure or reserve pre-order items are non-refundable.

If a customer cancels a pre-order for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited to cover holding and administrative costs.

4. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:

    1. Contact Elysion Spa within 7 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

    2. Clearly mark the RAN on the package and shipping label

    3. Ship the product to the return address provided

Returns without an approved RAN will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.

5. Refund Method & Deductions

    • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

    • Original shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

    • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is confirmed defective

6. Bundle & Promotional Offers

If a returned product was part of a bundle, promotion, or special offer, the associated discount will be voided.

The value of any discounts, free items, or promotional benefits will be deducted from the final refund amount.

This applies to:

    • Bundle discounts

    • Free gifts

    • Gift cards

    • Quantity-based promotions

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

Upon inspection and confirmation:

    • The product will be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar model, or

    • A refund may be issued where required under UAE Consumer Protection Law

Replacement or repair will be initiated only after the defective product is returned and inspected.

8. Consumer Rights (UAE Compliance)

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Where a product is defective or does not meet agreed specifications, Elysion Spa will comply with applicable legal obligations.
